2. Data we process
When you use the contact form, we may process your name, email address, message, form language, submission time, and IP address for security. The site also uses essential security cookies and browser storage for theme and preloader preferences.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your request, conduct quotation or pre-contract communication, secure the service, and prevent misuse. Processing relies on the contract-related and legitimate-interest conditions in Article 5 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
4. Collection, retention, and disclosure
Data is collected electronically through form fields and technical server logs. It is retained only as long as required for the stated purpose and legal obligations, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Where necessary to operate the service, data may be shared with hosting and security providers or with authorized public bodies where legally required.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect contact forms against misuse. During security verification, Cloudflare may process the IP address and technical browser and device information under its privacy policy.
When third-party resources such as Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS, and cdnjs are used, your browser may connect directly to those providers and technical connection data may be processed under their own policies.
5. Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions apply, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
