Precise balancing in accordance with ISO 1940 standards to prevent vibration during propeller rotation, protecting shaft and bearing lifetime.
Pitch & Geometry Correction
Blade pitch distribution and bending damages are restored to original design specifications using specialized hydraulic presses and measurement templates.
Welding Overlay & Crack Repair
Blade edges worn or broken due to cavitation or impact are filled using original bronze alloys, and microscopic crack tests are applied.
Grinding & Polishing
Propeller surface roughness is reduced to zero to minimize hydrodynamic friction, delivering fuel savings and additional vessel speed.
