Manufacturing Process

Eris Propellers offers long lasting, durable, and economical propellers by combining world’s most reliable propeller selection, analysis programs and long term experiences.

Our propellers are produced as per boat owner’s own requirements and requests. Our propeller production process begins with propeller model designation, then moulding, casting, hand crafting, balancing and finally controls packaging and casing.


Besides nearly 1000 standard propellers models in its stock, thanks to CAD-CAM and AMD, EP is able to produce countless propeller models according to your boat’s specific needs and requirements.

Propeller model processing on CNC machines gives blade geometry a high sensitivity and upgrades to the manufacture model are available to yield even higher performance results.

Propeller MOULDING

Our foundry manufactures 2,3,4,5 winged Wageningen, Gawn, Kaplan type propellers from 100mm diameter up to 2500mm keeping in line with ISO standards and various class establishment standards when required.


Propeller CASTING

The standard material of our manufactured propellers is Manganese Bronze mixture. Thanks to chemical and mechanical peculiarities of that alloy, which is produced in our foundry with pure copper and other certificated metals, makes propeller stronger, more resistant and long lasting.

Our foundry is equipped with electrical furnishes for cleaner and perfect casting. By means of this, our propeller production process is shortened. Our casting capacity is 2500 kgs.


Propellers are hand-crafted, finished and balanced by a team of dedicated skilled and specially trained staff.
